A few years back, a group of enthusiastic behavior analysts got together with a big dream: to shake things up and make a real splash in the field. Our Team
Janet Vasquez, M.S., BCBA
Founder
Janet is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned a Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from Florida International University. Currently, she is working towards a doctoral degree in education in which she is specializing in instructional technologies from Nova Southeastern University. With over 20 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Janet has held various leadership positions, ranging from Clinical Director to Chief Executive Officer and has presented research at various professional conferences including, but not limited to, the Association for Behavioral Analysis International, the Society for Research in Child Development, International Society for Infant Studies, and International Meeting for Autism Research. In addition to her executive experience, Janet also teaches introductory and advance courses in behavior analysis at Florida International University.
Alexandria Cortes-Hernandez
Clinical Director Florida & Georgia
Meet Alexandria, a cheerful Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who hails from Florida State University with a Master’s in Behavior Analysis. Alexandria has spent over 15 years helping kids of all ages, from tiny toddlers at 1.5 years old to young adults up to 21, thrive using ABA techniques. She’s also been a fantastic clinical director for over five years, where she loves to teach and guide RBTs who are eager to learn and grow in the field. Alexandria has a special knack for mentoring, having helped many achieve their BCBA certifications! Alexandria now serves as the clinical director for Florida and Georgia for ABA Squad.
Sadiqa Reza
Clinical Director Missouri
Meet Sadiqa Reza, a friendly and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed Behavior Analyst from Missouri. With 14 years of expertise in Early Intervention, Sadiqa now serves as the clinical director of Missouri services for ABA Squad. She’s passionate about creating inclusive environments for all learners and loves sharing her knowledge of behavior analysis by mentoring students and leading a bilingual study group to support students from Pakistan. Sadiqa has also made her mark in research, presenting her findings on Early Intervention at prestigious conferences in 2019 and 2020.
