What Is ABA Therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach dedicated to effecting substantial positive changes in behavior. By leveraging the scientific method, ABA therapy concentrates on:
- Developing comprehensive, bespoke programs tailored specifically to each child’s needs.
- Evaluating behaviors to understand their nature and manifestations.
- Identifying the underlying causes of specific behaviors.
- Formulating evidence-based strategies to address these behaviors.
- Applying these strategies effectively to ensure real-world success.

ABA Squad’s Approach
At ABA Squad, our CollabCare approach combines comprehensive, collaborative therapy with personalized support to help each child flourish. Each child receives dedicated attention from one or two skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), who apply tailored interventions daily. Our model is further strengthened by the oversight of two Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). One BCBA focuses on program development and supervision, conducting weekly visits to refine therapies, while the other offers hands-on support, training therapists, and educating parents. This dual-BCBA strategy ensures a well-rounded application of behavior analysis, tailored to meet the unique needs of every family.
