The Story

What Led Us To Our Vision

Several years ago a group of passionate behaviors analysts came together to talk about how they could make an impact in the field.  From these conversations the idea was born to create a company that was different from the ones they had experienced.  This idea led into our vision and mission for the company, which is to raise the bar and rally together to make a difference.  Our core values were also identified, which is our PACT to the families we serve:

Positive: We value a community of positivity.  We understand that what we say and do effects others, and therefore, we strive to engage in behaviors that motivate and inspire others to do their best.

Accountable: We value accountability.  We understand that we have a responsibility to behave ethically and use scientifically-validated behavioral technologies that will produce socially-impactful changes for the families we service.

Commitment: We value commitment.  The ABA Squad family is dedicated and passionate about the work they do.  We understand that our role in the company goes far beyond just doing a job, instead we understand that we are part of a bigger cause–a cause that commits us to changing lives and positively impacting the families we serve.

Teamwork:  We value teamwork.  We understand that behavior change takes a village.  Therefore, at ABA Squad, we work as a team with families to produce socially-significant behavior change.
